Oil Refinery Series - Fortune Magazine Description: Commissioned by Fortune Magazine in 1980 to visit and create impressions of the largest, the smallest, and the oldest oil refinery in the United States. The project resulted in hundreds of photographs, and these eleven paintings. One painting graced the cover of the issue, and 6 paintings and 6 photographs were featured in the article titled "Refineries Refined: A Fortune Portfolio". See Magazine Reprint
